Hi All, 

I'm new to BiggerPockets.  Forums in general are a bit foreign to me!  I currently have one rental property and working towards a real estate license in Colorado. I'm hoping to make connections in the Denver area to learn about the market and how to get started with investing in rentals and flipping.
