I have had mold in 2 of my properties and have found that sometimes it is just surface mold that can be removed and dry wall replaced, sometimes it requires more intervention.

Being as cheap as possible, I get my hair almost shaved off so I only have to go pay them about every 3-4 months:) On a different note, I had considered trying to get more into commercial.

But then I found this guy named Mark Whitten in Baltimore he had a book " How to flip houses like your hair is on fire" So i googled testimonials actually emailed him and found him out to be real and not a gimmick.
