Inspirational and Motivational!! Your first deal what it felt like?
I remember how I first started real estate. It was like a sign from God everyone around me was doing it. So i got with my father in law he showed me the ropes and showed me the mentoring and land lord side of it. So I fell in love with it but something told me I still needed capital to do it. So I googled how to buy houses with out cash or credit BOOM... Multiple types of info on the internet. But then I found this guy named Mark Whitten in Baltimore he had a book " How to flip houses like your hair is on fire" So i googled testimonials actually emailed him and found him out to be real and not a gimmick. Long story short this guy was the real deal I order his material and it was solid and straight to the point. Best decision I ever made. So then it took me about 3 months to do my first deal and I've done 3 so far. I think if you stay diligent, determined and hold your integrity in this game you'll be fine. What's your story?
