There is also one mentioned a lot on this forum that has a long thread that someone shared the investors are wiped out, just not officially because the sponsors are trying to scrape up as much money through capital calls to get back their own money that they provided to the syndication in the fashion of loans. 

I don't always find a property I am interested in through Invelo, but it seems if I want to market to a specific owner, I need to first find the property on Invelo. 

I'd say the biggest benefit would be the fact that you can call him and he will help you through a deal.

Current remaining mortgage is 528k @4.375 VA.Some of the options include:Re-rent at a $600+ negative cash flow.  

I thought with an assumable mortgage, you go through the lender and replace the name on the mortgage.

I have been using them for 2 years and have not had any hiccups yet (fingers-crossed that continues).....with all that said, a good rule of thumb as a responsible owner is that you still need to pay attention to your balance sheet because human nature occurs and some things can fall through the cracks.

You want to live in the smallest unit so you don't have to room hack an even unit and so you an cash flow more on the other side.
