Cash flow is hard to come by and I have considered looking elsewhere in more affordable states.

congrats on the Naca program I have sold a  handful of my OREO to Naca buyers.. its a great program takes some resolve to go through their initiation process. 

I guess I can keep my cash flow. 

Several years ago when the low flow toilets came out, some just didn't work well at all.
