Organizing and Managing Information on Listed Properties

Hello, my name is Dylan and I am just beginning to take an interest in real estate after earning my bachelors in environmental engineering from SDSU. This is my first post on BiggerPockets after reading some intro level real estate investment books. I am looking to start off house hacking but with so many listings I would like to know if there are some strategies for organizing home information (real estate software, excel set up, hand written, etc). Thanks.
