Mine has 1.5 and more square footage if you count the carport, front porch and back, screened in deck.

If you don't know what good management is, it is really hard to screen someone and ask the right questions. 

Assuming that you screen them all very well, of course.

I certainly don't want the huge task of screening tenants and showing the property.I prefer to be a manager of managers.

I think this area will be flat for several years, but still be a good area to get a lot of sq ft cheap and be in a safe area for homeowners.

Definitely screen tenants as well as possible (for the brief time I did this myself I used BP's recommended software from Homeunion I think??)
