The Northeast doesn't normally fall in that category.  

It sounds like if it falls into a zoning variance it wouldn't be worth the effort or time.

For that reason, I am closing on a house in an inner suburb this spring after looking at many duplexes since this fall. 

We have people lined up ready to go if this contract falls through, but its frustrating that one person's horrible opinion can ruin a deal like that.

Now there are some MLM's that are pure scams but to color them all that was is to fall for the same ignorance that all real estate investors are crooks, that is pure faulty thinking.
