It is easy to get sucked into "Marketing" the whole day and realize you have just been playing around on Facebook. 

I have a facebook page set up for my company and I'm working on designing a webpage.  

Thanks to everyone who posted, I found myself "voting" a lot of the replies...i guess that's BP's version of a Facebook "Like"...again thanks everyone!

Also, there are great wholesaling groups on Facebook that will point you in the right direction regarding verbiage and agreements in your particular market.

Case was delayed another 90 days (just for status) usually can take up to 6 months or more in Chicago since they love dead beat renters.  

@Kevin Danikowski thx for reaching out, Im not sure of your state and if its a Public Info status but for us we are just that. this means its public info to pull at the local courthouses and there it will define if there is Real Estate in the file.

targeted marketing is your best friend you can use the post office thru zip codes or expand to list brokers it depends on you area how populated it is ,so ads thru craigslist and bandit signs ,facebook pages, might be more effective.The wholesales I know might only gain 2-3 deals out of 100 mailings and it is expensive
