Probate

Hi, I'm in the Chicagoland (cook county) area and want to start gathering probate leads in order to do a mailing campaign . My question is, should I go to the courthouse to gather my list or can I get the info online? Also, what courthouse do I go to to retrieve cook county records?

80% of our business model is PROBATE. I absolutely love it because you can do so many different types of deals from them. Sub-to's, Owner finance, or just CASH them out. I would like to talk with others here to see what your doing in this niche?

As of now we get our leads straight from the probate office and contact the Executor or Administrator to start the process.

Please feel free to jump in and share what you are doing or ask me more questions.
