You get equal probability handing out flyers at a mall entry written on it "I offer cash for houses".You need to not blindly follow what everyone else is doing and you need to analyze things.None of these methods DMM cold calling, driving for dollars etc. etc. can target motivated sellers.So if this is true, what and how do you do it then?

But, it's just a dirt path...there's no driveway or formal entry to the house.I agree was may legally already have an easement...if that's the case, would my next steps be through a real estate attorney or the Planning Office (Planning and Zoning have not been helpful at this point)?
