Anything Better Than This?

I absolutely hate cold calling. It's definitely a weakness of mine but something I'm willing to improve if it's the absolute best strategy for reaching out to potential leads.

Does anyone have any cold calling scripts they'd be willing to share...OR...any other methods besides cold calling for reaching out to potential leads?

Inbound marketing is always better than outbound.

Focus on motivated sellers looking and finding you.

What you are doing when cold calling is you are making a ton of calls to absolutely random people. If you think that the list you have is somehow filtered for motivation because they have 2 or more houses, tall grass, boarded up windows, in foreclosure, inherited a house are 104 years old, 0 mortgage left... it is a complete illusion. You get equal probability handing out flyers at a mall entry written on it "I offer cash for houses".

You need to not blindly follow what everyone else is doing and you need to analyze things.

None of these methods DMM cold calling, driving for dollars etc. etc. can target motivated sellers.

So if this is true, what and how do you do it then?

Go after ways, where people ... IF they are motivated will take your bait.

If you know that redfish ONLY eats shrimp, and you want redfish for dinner, what bait will you use? Shrimp right?

All other fish see that delicious juicy shrimp on that hook and swim right by. Only redfish will be attracted.

Facebook ads, Youtube ads, PPC, does just that.

The ad, "your message", "your offer" is displayed to a specific audience with a specific certain characteristic (to improve the likelihood they will be interested in your offer) and if they are interested they take the bait. Much higher probability for you to make a deal.

Then the best way to do lead generation is obviously SEO.

Ranking #1 on all search engines with a super credible website will get you a ton of leads every day 100% free of the highest quality where people actually thank you for making them an offer and not yell at you for calling them.

Look into SEO (search engine optimization).
