The best strategy - look hard, dig deep and have a great team looking for the next property.

We've heard that others have also used it and have pondered changing it, but felt we were in too deep at that point and have stuck with it.Now that we're almost 3 years in -- it is a little tough to change, but if we found someone to put together an awesome jingle for us, we'd be on it.

If I were looking for a place to expand to, I wouldn't pick here unless I had deep pockets and extensive connections.
