Cant find a buyer for my class C wholesale deal
Hey bigger pockets!
I've been looking for a wholesale deal for about 6 months now. I came across a few but unfortunately they fell through. Ive finally come across a deal in East Orange, NJ. The property is a 5 Bed 5 bath SFR that needs a full interior renovation (drywall, floors, etc.) the whole house was gutted out. I have the purchase price of the property at $65000. The ARV is around 177,000. I do believe this would be a better buy and hold investment since the whole block is basically rented out with market rents of $2000. I have been marketing but i haven't had much luck. I was just wondering if the bigger pockets community had some tips that I could use in order to close my first wholesale deal.
