Hows the Market in Nashville?

Hey Guys!  Can anyone tell me how the overall market in Nashville is doing?  I am thinking about branching my wholesaling out there since I come visit family quite a bit.  I have some good connections and I think my strategies will work.  Just wanted to know how people who are already investing or wholesaling are doing out there.  Any information is good!  Thanks!

@Marc Bracy The market here is very healthy. Due to the absorption rate, Nashville has currently entered a full blown seller's market. However, I have seen the market soften and properties are starting to sit on the market. For example, Inglewood (east nashville) at its peak in August and September hit about $220 a square foot. It has since fallen to 190-200 a square foot. Is this because of the holiday's or is the market slowing down? Only time will tell.

With that being said, it is still a great market.
