REO_Home Path-Owner Occupy

Hello,

Does anyone have experience on an all cash offer on a Home Path REO property.

How does Fannie check on whether or not you are actually living in the property?

Will they actually take the property back if you do not actually live in it when you own without a mortgage?

Thanks

As a licensed individual it is even more disappointing that you are asking how to circumnavigate the law.  Does everyone get caught that does this? No. Do people get caught every year doing this? Absolutely.

There is plenty of money to be made legally in this game. There is no need to break the law.
