I've been seeing a few properties in my buy box being sold with master lease to corporate tenants and the numbers seem to be too good to be true!

You are going to be paying a lot to have someone living in it.While you are living with your in-laws, continue to put aside the money you'd be paying for the mortgage (after the house sells) and save it up. 

Always wanted to learn more about multifamily deals How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

On a 90 day rental even 1/2 month takes a huge percentage of gross income, so basically you need to eliminate use of brokers, MLS, etc.  

That is to say if the tax credit is $40 k across 10 years does that mean the value of the property increases by $40k?

Just curious as to what everyone thinks about caps on rents. 

Plan is to build business and residential.
