Hello Everybody! How's It Going?

Hello everybody! I'm a 30 year old who lives in the small town of Bennington VT. I'm working towards saving enough for the down payment to buy my first long-term rental in my town by the end of 2025. I'm extremely nervous about starting in real estate but I want to provide more for my family and buy more freedom for myself and think this is the vehicle to do it with. I'm looking forward to hearing other people's stories and learning from everyone and maybe contributing something worthwhile myself someday.
