Anyone familiar with area across from Forsythe Park and Wolf Lake Trail in Whiting,IN , would be willing to comment on the neighborhood and housing condition in general ?

Tomball schools are some of the best in the area.I'm not commenting on the numbers of the deal...that's up to you.

The comment by @Chris T. of doing what your neighbors do is definitely worth considering.

Thanks for the comment about putting them both on the lease, I'll go that route if they pass the rest of the screening.
