New investor looking to connect

Hi folks,

Thanks to BP and all of the folks who post. I have learnt a lot within a week by browsing through the forums in BP.

I am a Software Engineer in San Francisco Bay Area, specialized in database technology. I'm looking for my first property (buy and hold rental) in Indianapolis. 

I'd love to connect with investors, agents,  PM, lenders, wholesalers, etc, to to learn more about neighborhoods and the market. I would also be happy to help if any one runs into IT related issues.
