They run off electricity and now is a great time to install it but there is no way to test it in the summer.

Do you mind giving insight to the C/C- areas as of Summer 2016?

The house passed with a few issues: some small electrical problems, a fireplace that is unsafe and needs to be removed, and the celebrated brick barbecue deemed a fire hazard.

I had a HUGE water bill one month last summer.

I own and (summer) rent a house in Dennis on the Cape and have been successful renting with Flipkey.

Plus its a beautiful town, prices seem entirely reasonable, plenty of tourism in summer for hiking, nature, events, etc and the same in winter for skiing, snowmobiling, and the likes.  

Over the last 6 months, prices have really seemed to have risen and the price we paid on our 1st house last summer, the market is asking $25-$50K more now, for a lesser quality of property with less amenities.  

Are you limited to late spring and summer? 

Managing everything with three this past summer was very time consuming while still having a full-time job and now we are talking about doubling.
