Hi BP crew - was hoping to speak to anyone who has bought rentals in Arizona.

I live in CA but hoping to buy a rental out-of-state soon, and wanted to gauge everyone's thoughts on the safest areas in Arizona? 

Would love to hear of a few zip codes or cities with good employment + low crime rates :) 

Hoping to start my search for an SFH or Duplex near Tucson/Phoenix.
