While their are some similarities in what you will find in move-out instructions, some of the details will vary from state to state depending on your deposit accounting laws.Generally your move-out instructions will have a list of what needs to be cleaned, where to return keys, if carpets need to be cleaned, what condition the yard should be returned in, forwarding information as well as details around things you may depreciate like paint or carpet.I am happy to share our move-out instructions with you, but I am in Oregon, so I am not sure if all of the information will be usable, though I imagine most of it will be.

I plan to paint the cabinets put on some new hardware, update the appliances, gut the bathroom, repair the roof which looks like it could need some TLC , refinish the wood floors downstairs, carpet uptairs and paint the whole house.

@James Wise  these are ALL cash buyers and company would not let them get inspections and or appraisals literally from what others have posted. .the company simply said no we don't allow that we move our inventory too quickly for that blah blah blah.. like I said its one thing to know what your doing in that asset class and go into it.. its another to buy a home send 10 to 20 k for rehab and literally nothing was done or just a little paint and crappy carpet :)   it is one of the more amazing things I have seen in the last 20 years in the space.
