The owner still doesn't know that my dad and mom has recently moved to Florida for retirement.Need some guidance here folks.If I give up on this place without doing a good investigation of it I will be losing out on being literally on the inside track or the ground floor of.....not a wonderful opportunity but an opportunity.

Meth House Disclosure taken back?

I received the seller's disclosure on a remodeled home that I was about to buy, and it had a "yes" checked to "Previous Use of Premises for Manufacture of Methamphetamine" - the disclosure also says to explain further - but there was no mention of anything further on this topic (aside from a note about the roof).I asked my real estate agent about this, and she said she had not realized that had a yes for meth house and was going to investigate with the seller.

Headining off saying I just do Sub-2s or Land Contracts can lead to problems down the road.So, in your investigations here, I suggest you look at the options and then concentrate on what fits rathetr than trying to make your deal fit a particular installment purchase startegy.
