CEO of American Title in Denver commits suicide
I thought I would pass this on. American title services was one of the two title companies HUD used before the switch to buyer select. Although I noticed American stopped receiving much work from HUD before the switch (maybe HUD new something?). There CEO committed suicide and the company is under investigation by the Colorado insurance commission. i have received numerous emails from people saying to keep a very close watch on any file that is currently with American Title.
