I've done cold prospecting in the retail R.E space (as an agent) for the past 2 years and in the tech space for 2 years before that.

To be more proactive in your business, you can use more traditional strategies of cold calling and sending direct mailers to property owners to acquire an off-market deal.

But then if they don’t the buyers may get cold feet thinking they are overpaying.
