That's our first Delma, second several places will not accept a P.O.Box as your address, like the motor vehicle department, my supplier for my insulin pump supplies and so on.

My only question would be does this indicate that new housing will be built (i.e. more supply = less demand & appreciation) or more buyers inundating those class A markets (i.e. capped supply = more demand & appreciation).

But if you insist on LTR, I recommend considering areas like Marietta, Decatur, or Acworth which have a pretty high LTR rental demand right now.
