That way the smell supports my business model and it would be really memorable.

Remember the key is to look consistent; whether its color or style. 

I'm not looking to make six figures, or even fifty thousand a year from real estate investing right off the bat and am more interested in building a portfolio for my future so that if I can guarantee a life that would be conducive to a comfortable life style for a family, even if I never move up the ladder far enough by the time that rolls around that I make the kind of salary that could allow that.

That business model (I had done sever others like it several years earlier) just doesn't work for most people.

The things are so profitable in their current business model that no amount of outcry is going to change anything in the near future.

Unwatched Toddlers, kids or very tall dogs with  French door water /ice maker on the outside (or sloppy adults period) are the only reason you need to never  go with that style.  

As long as you use a conservative model and the numbers still work out, then it's probably a good deal.
