Kitchens in rentals
I received some awesome feedback on what type of flooring I should be putting in my new rental (link), and thought that folks might have an equal amount of input to share on kitchens as well. Below is a picture of what's currently in the kitchen, I plan to replace the countertop, but was originally going to leave the cabinets...but then I get to thinking...if there's a new floor and new countertop...how will those cabinets look?
So I figured I'd ask the question...what type of cabinets do you put in your rents? What type of countertop do you install with those cabinets?
@Benjamin Hirsch - I'd love to hear what you've heard from all the different investors you've sold cabinets to.

@Bill Tyler - Thanks for the tip on HD Supply...I hadn't heard of them before and it looks like there's an interior solutions location sorta nearby. I'll be sure to check them out!
