My quick reading on self-directed IRAs seems to scare me off and I think I wouldn't have the time to manage it nor do the higher fees appeal to me (I believe in low-cost index funds and reasonable rate of return over the long-term). 

The whole entire process, you have people on the outside bringing negative attention scaring you as if you have not made the right choice to come.

Dont be scared by court threats.

Third - I'm scared of ladders and will have to overcome that.On a happy note, I finished all the work and got the trailer completely ready to rent today. 

I live in a dupiex  with two units with one meter and my landlord did not pay the water bill so the water was cut off 7/7/2014 and its still off today 7/8/14 I call the health department and they didn't show up yet. what actions can I take an against my landlord.
