The South Shore (think Weymouth to Plymouth) can occasionally hit 1% - but not very often.  0.8% is more common.The South Coast (Fall River, New Bedford) can often hit 2%, but the trade off is lower rents to go along with those lower prices.The basic rule is the further away you go from Boston, the lower prices tend to be.

I'd imagine a decent amount of Air BnB traffic as it is a nice area with plenty to do in the Hudson Valley year round.

If you are looking for lower price point I would consider areas just outside the Salt Lake Valley.
