I live in an expensive market is cash flow possible?
I live in Salt Lake City. I am thinking of buying a duplex and renting the other unit. Is this the best idea or should I buy a unit in a cheaper market. How hard would it be to manage units from a distance ?

@Alfredo Lara - I would recommend you check out large single family houses (4+ bedrooms) and renting by the room. You live in one room and rent out the others. That tends to work best in the markets that are slightly more expensive. Be sure to do some research for your area based on occupancy limits.
