Is there some kinda of aggregator platform like MLS for commerical RE?

Hello,I'm interested in building a platform to facilitate communication and perhaps transactions between landlords, tenants, and service workers. 

I still use AirBnB as my primary platform, but was hoping to get in contact with a knowledgeable and reputable property management company who can do due diligence, handle repairs, evictions (if necessary), bookings, etc.

I will definitely be utilizing this platform to gain knowledge, network, and most importantly as a former of motivation.

I was wondering what websites people use to find multi-families, or rental buildings for sale.   I use loopnet, craigslist, and zillow.  I have found zillow great for single families, but not necessarily for investmen...

@Ross Denman  and @Ozzy Smith Um, coming on a platform that gets 1000s of views a day and telling everyone you have great low cost properties can tap out your market.

They are acting strictly as an escrow agent and an offer platform.

Through this platform I'm hoping to build synergy and momentum with other investors and learn powerful strategies to build a real estate empire!
