hubzu.com have anyone heard of this site?

So hubzu.com is a bidding website to bid on properties. ​ I'm bidding on this property but every time I bid on this property 20 minutes later somebody out bid me. It's a lot of people bidding on this property but for some reason it doesn't seem accurate or real. Has anybody heard of this website and used it before how accurate is it? It seems like somebody is playing around to jack up the price of this property by bidding.

I generally use FSBO sites as well as driving for dollars. MLS is good also but too many retail buyers to compete with. That's why I prefer to re-hab and flip. Eliminates all the retail buyers who can't get financing for them unless they use FHA 203k loans and have some measure of experience in construction. I always use flat fee MLS service to sell however. A matter of time and money. I enjoy the hunt and the re-hab. With HUBZU I use my own title company because of the problems with them holding your earnest money and using it against you. Happy hunting.
