I would like to start applying for business credit where I could get revolving credit in the 10's of thousands, as I want to have working capital for investment properties.In the eyes of a lender have I been a business entity this entire time, or do I need to open a DBA account under a new name?

This will include knowing if your deal is really a "Deal" in the eyes of an investor.

Homes are way too inflated to where Rental rents will increase but still be tasty to the eye.
