Colorado Brokerages To Hang License With

Johnny L.

Hello my fellow Realtors!

Quick question for those in the Colorado Springs Area specifically. I will be licensed by the end of November and will need a brokerage to hang my license with. This will be my primary career and i would like a great training program but i will also be investing as well. Just seeing if you have any recommendations. Ive done research on my own but would like some opinions from my fellow BPers.

Thank you ahead of time!

Hey Johnny,

I am with Equity Colorado real estate.  It's a great company relatively small but we have a ton of benifits and our fees are supper low.  Oh by the way we don't have any commission splits and our e&o is covered by the company.  I've been there since December and love it. Have a good one Sam.
