Hey All, I'm a San Diego native and have been interested in the real estate investing field for YEARS. I got discouraged a few times from all the other sites and clubs. I've been to college, but work prevailed. I'm looking to accomplish something on the side then focus on making it my full time job. However, I've got to start somewhere and that led me here.
