I am only semi-satisfied with my property manager, and considering taking over the daily management myself but would only want to do that if I have someone good to help me with filling units as they come empty.

Hi Friends,Has anybody purchased a turn-key storage facility with management in place?

I like Wilmington and have been a few times, but no investment-related knowledge of that area.

Past renovations I dealt with one single contractor who managed the project but this projects appears I might have to go with a plumbing, hvac, and and additional contractor.  

Not sure who the Property Manager is or if it’s you on a 0% vacancy.

Have you factored in start-up costs and accurate management cost?
