Excited to be apart of this community.  I am just beginning my real estate journey and any help is appreciated.  

Looking to buy and hold in South Florida specifically Miami-Dade and Broward County since I live here. 

However, in the future I would like to become remote to look for properties in north and Central FL as well as out-of-state.
