Turn Key Storage Investing with management

Hi Friends,

Has anybody purchased a turn-key storage facility with management in place? Are there brokerage services who guide first timers through the process?

I currently own 6 out-of-state single family home rentals which I bought turn-key through Norada Real Estate. The turn-key model works well for me as I am a full time CPA working at a large tech company in the SF Bay Area. I'd like to learn more about investing in storage facilities and I'd like to be a little more involved than participating in a storage facility syndication.
