I know I want to be in real estate but I’m unsure in what capacity I should be in it.I have been looking into real estate assisting positions but I only have transferable experience and keep getting the cold shoulder because of my lack of hard experience.

Ideally, of course I'd love to find a property that I can add value to, such as adding an extra bedroom/half bathroom with the extra sq ft on the lot, but don't now how realistic this is due to building codes around here and also lack of any experience (I know next to nothing about estimating rehab costs).

I have the ability to get 75% financing yet lack a downpayment.

I suppose I was mainly speaking from a place of fear and lack of knowledge regarding what life as a REI actually looks like.

However, as a college student, I lack consistent income and hefty cash savings (my credit score is solid, however).

I am looking to do this because as a college student, I lack steady income and cash on hand, so it doesn’t seem very likely that I’d be eligible to qualify for a conventional loan.

I have one rental property that I am losing money on due to location and lack of tenants (renting under market value).

Are they lack of management? 

NO.  90% of the fails I see in RE are from lack of control. 

 I want to know more about parking lots Since there is a lack of information out there already.
