Information on individual owned parking lots

 I want to know more about parking lots Since there is a lack of information out there already. Recently, I've been thinking about investing in a parking lot because it comes across as a great investment with the least amount of management responsibility compared to other types of investment. Basically, I'm starting at step one and would just like to know more information on parking lots and grages and knowing which one is more benefitial. Where could I find parking lots for sale? Is it better to buy a lot from scratch or already a developed one? Is it possible for one person to obtain a parking lot? I just have so many question because of the lack of information on this topic and need help with this.
