. # 2 The corp boards who spend more than they make,#3 I suppose you can put some blame on the lenders, but they produce the product, is the consumers responsibility to use the product responsibly. #4 The Congress who spends more money than we take from the citizens...#5 I suppose you can blame bush, but then again you have to put blame on the dems that pushed home ownership for all.But also Then blame them for the soaring values in 01-05..
