All property owners have just moved forward with no concern of the map and nobody really knowing where the property lines are the title company said I could have a survey done of the entire block and then renegotiate with other property owners if Need be or I would Just have to except it and continue and close escrow as has been done for multiple decades now is anyone have any experience recommendations the title company will put an exclusion to the title insurance based on the property lines.

It’s not as simple for the sponsor to get similar coverage for the same risks than the syndicate can.Certainly there are numerous different risks where these clauses make sense, and surely there are likely specific circumstances where investors would rather the clause wasn’t included.

I can sell any asset from my plans to a non disqualified person.I can buy any asset (with some exceptions) in my plans from non disqualified person.Again, I was not talking about a rollover as I was not looking into bringing more asset into a plan, I just wanted to change title by making a bona fide transaction with exchange of cash for an asset.But if I can't sell from one plan to buy into another, then that would mean that my ROTH 401(k) is a disqualified person for my ROTH IRA.That was my question, as by reading the definition of disqualified person, I was not sure that my ROTH 401(k) was fitting in any of the categories.
