That said, it is an excellent resource as there are deals to be had and buyers to be found.Like John said, you'll need to do your own research / due diligence, but there are plenty of "real" buyers and sellers on the site.We have bought and sold properties through the site.

I want to do right by any seller I work with and I know having a real estate attorney on your team lends credibility as well.The attorneys I have contacted thus far in Richmond do not want to touch subject-to transactions with a 10-foot pole.Does anyone know of an attorney(s) in the area who are able and- most importantly- willing providing legal advice for these type of deals?
