My brother-in-law and I want to start a real estate investment company. We plan on flipping properties to start, but would eventually like to build a diversified portfolio that includes rentals. We are currently working on our business plan, and are looking into forming an LLC. I have spent several hours on the forums already and look forward to digging into it deeper. I am sure I will have many questions in the following days, weeks, and months.
