Real Estate Attorneys in Richmond, VA- specializing in subject-to transations
I want to start doing my own subject-to transactions in Richmond, VA. I know I need an attorney on my team so I can do things by the book. I want to do right by any seller I work with and I know having a real estate attorney on your team lends credibility as well.
The attorneys I have contacted thus far in Richmond do not want to touch subject-to transactions with a 10-foot pole.
Does anyone know of an attorney(s) in the area who are able and- most importantly- willing providing legal advice for these type of deals?
Thank you BP for providing a community to ask/answer these type of questions.
