For example in a two member LLC of otherwise unrelated parties, arrangements made between members such as rights to buy out the other upon events of withdrawl should take into consideration the financial abilities of both and if they are not equal, then provisions should be made to level the playing field.

Financing Rental property

Meaning you may have to build up cash since you pay by cash. Also, you can also put your numbers side-by-side to see what may be the better buy, given that all things are equal with the SFR verses MFR (ie rent, taxes, other expenses). With that said, this seems to hinge on if you "want to" or "can be" out of the cash you would typically use to buy.I leverage at the moment because I don't have cash to buy knowing that I will need cash for the next deal.

To Pay off Student Loan or Not
18 November 2022 | 3 replies
I also have 200k in student debt which I originally was planning to have forgiven after paying minimum monthly payments for the next 15 years ( then they will forgive the remainder) which will eventually equal approximately $117K paid by me, and approximately $83k forgiven My question is, should I pay off the debt immediately when I receive the inheritance and use any remaining cash to purchase only 2 or 3 homes (using either DSCR loans or full cash purchases) orkeep my loan, continue making approx $650 a month payments, and invest my inheritance in several brrrr deals or 4 or 5 DSCR loan single family homes or 2/3 duplexs.Any advice or insights would be great appreciated
