We'll probably need oil for other things beyond 50-60 years like making plastics, fertilizers, electronics, transportation (not just cars but ships, planes etc. that can't be converted to electric as easily), tires, monster trucks, etc. if we run out before we have developed alternatives for everything we use oil and gas for, we'll have big problems.

Contacting your sphere, joining a team, hosting OH's for other agents, and lead sources with no upfront costs are great options.I'd also recommend working on your social media profiles and networking virtually with other RE professionals.

@Nadeem Najam I've found that Facebook Marketplace attracts a lot of inquiries...Also, many cities have a local website (sometimes associated with the local news channel, local newspaper, or other local media outlet) that posts classifieds--these types of sites can be very hit and miss, but in some cities, they're the go-to source for rental listings...Also, as others have mentioned, right now you're fighting against seasonality--very few people move in October/November (and even fewer move in December/January). ...most people move sometime between May and August...

I don't pitch (nothing wrong with that though ) Just Chill and Real Estate...I have observed that I get more assistance from meetup webpages and social media than here, which leads me to believe that there may be something wrong with my copywriting that is not friendly enough for the algorithm or something else.
