Newbie 1st looking for a part time job in real estate

Hi All, 

I’m new to BiggerPockets and would like to know how to find a Part time real estate job with flexible hours to get my feet wet. I’m currently working full time and have just recently purchased a townhome in the Jacksonville area. 
I’m also interested in finding mentors who can help me eventually navigate real estate investing.
